The Real Shot.

An afternoon on site at SECTOR — from MODAD HQ, along North & South 90, to the concrete itself in the New Administrative Capital. Guests in hard hats, the CEO under the frame, and a shooting run into the sunset.

01 Concept & name

No renders. No brochures. Just reality — and the people who'll tell it.

SECTOR's own campaign already speaks the language: REAL SHOT · CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS. The event turns that line into a lived experience. Every guest becomes the figure in the key visual — white hard hat, MODAD vest, standing in front of a building that is really rising. What they film, post and repeat is proof, not promise.

Recommended
The Real Shot

Owns the campaign's own words. Works as event name, hashtag (#SECTORRealShot) and content series. Plays on the photo shoot and on "the real deal".

Alternative
Hard Hats & Golden Hour

Lifestyle-led, very shareable for influencers. Tells the two halves of the day: site safety → sunset content.

Alternative
Built in Real Time

Investor/broker-led tone. Puts delivery credibility first — strongest for the broker audience.

I

Proof

Guests walk the structure, meet the engineers, see floors, cores and façade with their own eyes.

II

Presence

A short, personal word from the CEO on site — leadership standing next to the work, not behind a podium in a hotel.

III

Picture

The whole day is staged to be filmed: branded bus, media wall, numbered tour points and a golden-hour shooting run.

09 The shooting run · 4:00 PM → sunset

Chasing the light.

From 4:00 PM the site becomes a set. Crew splits into two units while guests are free to film, eat and network — then everyone joins the final group shot as the sun drops.

⚠ Timing flag

Egypt is on summer time (UTC+3) until the last Thursday of October (29 Oct 2026). That pushes mid-October sunset in Cairo to ≈ 6:20–6:25 PM, not 5:30. Golden light (sun below ~6°) starts ≈ 5:50 PM. From Fri 30 Oct clocks go back and sunset falls to ≈ 5:10 PM — where a 4:00 PM shoot lands perfectly.

Three ways to land it

A · Keep the run of show (recommended for Oct dates). 4:00–5:45 blue-sky + drone + FPV; golden hero shots 5:50–6:25; buses leave ≈ 6:45 PM. Guests told up-front it's a sunset finish.
B · Shift the whole day +1 h. Pickup 1:00 PM, CEO 4:00, shoot 5:00 → sunset. Same light, shorter idle time on site.
C · Date on/after 30 Oct. Original timings hit golden hour exactly (4:35 → 5:10 PM sunset). Earlier, cooler, shorter day.
